We need your help in planning, setting up, preparing, serving and cleaning up. Volunteers may pick and choose to help with any one or more of the following tasks:
Co-Chair ( One or Two )
Work with and shadow the Current Chairman Gary Doebler overseeing all of the Gala tasks.
Planning ( Two or Three, perhaps a Class Project )
We are considering placing more emphasis the CLSC Anniversary aspect of the Gala. Three minute history vignette?, cake? song ? impersonators?, etc.. Develop a short program
Setting Up ( Two or Three, perhaps a Class Project )
Arrange Chairs, setup tables, fold napkins, set outTable Arrangements etc.
Posters, & PR ( One or Two )
Handle posters, kiosk, briefly notices etc
Buffet Planning & Arrangements ( Two or Three )
Set Out food, maintain buffet Line Protocol
Kitchen Help ( Two or Three )
Organize, thaw and light food preparation
