The stole is a visible sign of the achievements of a Guild Grad. 

When an alumnus has read 14 books AFTER he/she/they graduate from the CLSC - a total of 26 CLSC books read - they are ready to apply for the Guild of Seven Seals.  Upon completing the application to be recognized at this new level, they may purchase a white satin stole, embroidered with the words "Guild of Seven Seals".
 

There are five higher levels a Guild Grad may achieve in time.  Each level is recognized with a patch to be sewn onto the stole.  Visit our Guild of Seven Seals pages to learn more about this honorable, historical organization.
